Senior Systems Engineer

Collaborating with application teams and stakeholders, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will provide advanced production support for the Student Information System while ensuring seamless integration and data exchange across various university platforms in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Provide advanced production support for the Student Information System (SIS) and related enterprise applications, troubleshooting complex issues Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the SIS and maintain integrations with other institutional systems Analyze technical issues across multiple systems, identifying root causes and collaborating with various teams to deliver solutions Required qualifications 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, systems, or integrations Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex production systems across multiple technology layers Strong experience with relational databases and SQL Experience with APIs, web services, and data integrations
