Senior Systems Engineer

To support the Content Products team, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will build and enhance content management systems, lead projects across multiple workstreams, and collaborate with various teams to improve authoring workflows and capabilities in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Deliver major projects end to end, taking accountability across the software development lifecycle Partner with content teams to map and improve authoring workflows, translating them into technical requirements Own the authoring platform, extending its capabilities and improving content organization and discoverability Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience designing and implementing complex systems in integrated enterprise environments Proven experience with custom author-facing tools and workflows in an enterprise headless CMS, preferably Contentstack Depth in front-end and back-end development, particularly with TypeScript, React, and Node.js Strong knowledge of large-scale content data analysis and efficient processing of large volumes of data Experience mentoring engineers and providing actionable feedback
