Senior Product Manager

Owning the product roadmap for Mail's admin and team-management experience, the full-time Senior Product Manager will focus on enhancing the onboarding experience and improving the enterprise buyer journey while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage the product roadmap for Mail's admin and team-management experience, including usage visibility and activity reporting Oversee the enterprise onboarding and migration experience to facilitate seamless transitions for new teams Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to define and improve the enterprise buyer journey from evaluation to renewal Required qualifications 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, particularly with admin and usage-analytics products Proven experience working directly with enterprise buyers and IT admins, with a track record of unblocking deals or deployments Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscape components such as SSO, SCIM, and RBAC Experience designing for multiple user types, including IT admins and finance stakeholders Demonstrated ability to create simple experiences within complex systems
