Growth Marketing Manager

Focused on enhancing market presence, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will build and execute marketing programs aimed at increasing DataSpring's visibility and engagement within the clinician and profile manager administrator segments of the healthcare market. Key responsibilities Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans tailored to clinician and profile manager administration segments Lead the execution of campaigns, education programs, and events to drive audience engagement and awareness Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize program performance Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in field marketing, growth marketing, or related disciplines Proven track record of executing integrated marketing programs for B2B, healthcare, or technology audiences Experience in the provider segment of healthcare or health technology is required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
