Staff Software Engineer

To drive innovation in the plastic surgery industry, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer will own cross-team initiatives, design quality architecture, and integrate AI features into the product while mentoring senior engineers and shaping the hiring bar. Key responsibilities Own cross-team initiatives from problem identification to production, simplifying architecture and removing systemic friction Define and implement AI workflows and shared infrastructure, ensuring high standards for AI-drafted work Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with product leadership to align systems with future business directions Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in building production software with C# and .NET, including ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Experience with PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS in production environments; Angular is a plus Proven use of coding agents in engineering work At least one production feature built on large language models Experience with systems governed by HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, or similar regulations
