Product Owner

To support a growing health practice management platform, the full-time remote Product Owner will advocate for user needs, translate product priorities into actionable items, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful product outcomes. Key responsibilities Be the voice of the customer, maintaining deep understanding of user needs and pain points Translate product priorities into clear, prioritized, and actionable items for the team Ensure continuous delivery of value by owning the product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch iteration Required qualifications 2+ years of hands-on product ownership experience, preferably in SaaS Proven ability to translate customer pains into clear requirements and impactful improvements Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product development architecture Experience working with remote, cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones Background in Customer Success, Support, or a similar role is a plus
