Operations Manager

Leading the Benefit Plan Administration team, the full-time remote Operations Manager will ensure accurate programming of benefit plans, manage team performance, and oversee project execution to meet operational goals and service level agreements. Key responsibilities Manage employee performance through defined metrics, providing coaching and development Oversee project management and documentation activities to ensure SLAs are met or exceeded Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and enhance service quality Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience 6 years of experience in operations management, pharmacy benefit management, or related fields 2 years of leadership experience in a management role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and business systems for benefit configuration Ability to develop and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality
