Key responsibilities Take ownership of internal projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring timely execution without daily direction Support the Head of Operations by organizing meetings, tracking project statuses, and maintaining project documentation in Monday.com Coordinate across functional areas to facilitate smooth handoffs and prepare for regular status reviews Required qualifications 5+ years of experience managing projects or programs in a professional services or grant-funded environment Proven ability to execute independently with minimal instruction Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel and SharePoint Hands-on experience building project plans in Monday.com or a similar platform Demonstrated use of AI tools for drafting and analysis in a professional context
