To develop strategic opportunities into long-standing, profitable relationships, the full-time remote Account Director will oversee a team of Account Managers and Analysts, ensuring high performance and effective leadership while maintaining senior-level client relationships. Key responsibilities Maintain senior, trust-based relationships with clients and implement consistent processes for top-tier service Own the retention, growth, and profitability of assigned client accounts while identifying efficiencies and improving profitability Run regular 1:1s with team members, manage staffing needs, and train team members to become independent operators Required qualifications Proven leadership experience managing people managers with a track record of developing account service and technical teams Strong business acumen and the ability to connect media efforts to client business objectives Experience with digital advertising, metrics, and ad buying platforms at a portfolio-management level Demonstrated ownership of profitability decisions across a multi-account client portfolio Familiarity with advertising principles and paid digital media strategies, including DSPs, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Ads
