Creating a welcoming environment for clients, the full-time Outpatient Administrative Assistant will manage appointment scheduling, maintain clinician schedules, and provide general administrative support while working in a hybrid model with one day onsite and the remainder remote. Key responsibilities Assist clients with scheduling needs and ensure smooth service delivery Handle phone calls, triage inquiries, and resolve issues as necessary Collaborate with the medical records department to coordinate client record requests Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting strongly preferred Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with a willingness to learn new applications
