Senior Financial Analyst

Acting as a primary Finance Business Partner for the global field sales organization, the full-time remote Senior Financial Analyst will optimize revenue forecasting, manage headcount planning, and enhance productivity metrics to support strategic decision-making and drive sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic support and analytical insights as the dedicated Finance Business Partner for the global field sales organization Review and refine the top-line bookings forecast in collaboration with senior sales leadership Lead headcount planning initiatives and define productivity metrics to optimize resource allocation for the sales organization Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or Tech environment Proven track record of managing complex revenue forecasting and corporate reporting Experience supporting a GTM organization as a strategic business partner Expert-level proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Alteryx, Salesforce, or Tableau is preferred BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA/CPA) is a plus
