Product Manager

Owning the product context for the Guest Revenue tribe, the full-time Staff Product Manager will lead strategic product decisions, enhance guest interactions through upselling tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful product outcomes in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities Own and manage the product context, including customer evidence and prioritization logic Lead discovery on complex product questions and ensure effective problem framing Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and user experience quality Required qualifications Staff or Principal level product experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on strategy Commercial mindset with a proven ability to link product decisions to business outcomes AI Fluency Level 3 or equivalent hands-on experience in integrating AI into product workflows Technical fluency to engage in architectural discussions and translate constraints into product decisions Experience in building reusable product systems that enhance team efficiency
