Supporting recruitment marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will coordinate community partnerships, hiring events, and college recruiting activities while collaborating closely with recruiters and business leaders in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and local stakeholders to enhance talent attraction efforts Coordinate logistics for community and hiring events, ensuring effective promotion and execution Create and manage recruiting materials and internal communications to support talent acquisition strategies Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment marketing, or event coordination Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred Demonstrated experience in planning hiring events and community partnerships Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Experience using social media platforms for promoting events and career opportunities
