To support the recruitment efforts of a growing team, the contract Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full recruitment process remotely, focusing on attracting top talent for R&D and G&A functions while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key responsibilities Deliver on recruiting goals and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and changing business needs Attract, recruit, and engage top talent while managing substantial inbound application volume through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide creative solutions to adapt recruitment strategies to market conditions Required qualifications Typically requires 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in high-volume recruiting Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers to fill roles across various R&D and/or Sales functions Proficiency in leveraging recruitment data and metrics to impact hiring decisions Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Experience using Greenhouse as an ATS preferred
