Engineering Manager

Leading a team in a remote full-time capacity, the Engineering Manager for the Government team will oversee the development of an AI-powered compliance platform for government vendors and agencies, focusing on team growth, execution of product initiatives, and establishing engineering practices. Key responsibilities Build and grow a high-performing engineering team while ensuring quality and delivery Drive execution across the government product roadmap, delivering multi-quarter initiatives and specific capabilities Partner with Product and Design to translate evolving requirements into focused engineering plans and manage cross-functional dependencies Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in an engineering management role, with proven ability to lead and develop engineers Strong technical foundation, ideally with experience as a senior engineer, capable of engaging in architecture and system design discussions Experience in early-stage product environments with rapidly evolving requirements Background in regulated industries such as fintech or healthcare; familiarity with FedRAMP or CMMC is a plus Demonstrated success in hiring, onboarding, and building a cohesive engineering culture
