To support a growing technology organization, the Site Reliability Engineer will manage and maintain critical infrastructure across AWS and on-premises environments, focusing on Kubernetes administration and Linux systems in a remote contract-to-hire position. Key responsibilities: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Kubernetes (K8s) clusters across AWS and on-premises environments Support and optimize Linux-based infrastructure, ensuring stability, performance, and availability Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions utilizing Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools Required qualifications: 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters in AWS and/or on-premises environments Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts; exposure to Ruby-based environments is preferred
