Billing Specialist

To support accurate financial reporting and premium disbursements, the full-time remote Billing Specialist will perform routine and complex accounting functions related to Guaranteed Standard Issue (GSI) and individual disability insurance, including payment processing, reconciliation, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities Input and reconcile premium payments in the ID3 system Research and process accounting transactions and adjustments Manage wire transfers, cash clearing, and inter-company payments Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in accounting preferred Minimum 2 years of medical or insurance billing experience 2+ years of customer service experience Strong billing and reconciliation experience Advanced spreadsheet and PC skills
