Senior Customer Success Manager

Driving customer success for a portfolio of mid-market clients, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will build trusted relationships, ensure adoption and retention, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable business value remotely. Key responsibilities Own a portfolio of mid-market accounts, focusing on adoption, renewals, and customer health Develop trusted relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders to act as a strategic partner Create and execute account success plans aligned with customer business objectives to achieve long-term value Required qualifications 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or consultative customer-facing experience within B2B SaaS Demonstrated success in driving customer adoption, retention, and renewals across strategic accounts Prior experience supporting customers within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry Proven ability to build credibility and relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-level leaders Bachelor's degree
