Customer Success Specialist

To support family-run businesses, the part-time contract Customer Success Specialist will manage customer interactions, guide users through Ambrook's features, and provide financial clarity remotely while working flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. Key responsibilities Represent Ambrook by assisting customers with product navigation through written support and live interactions Master the product features to effectively guide customers in setup, troubleshooting, and best practices Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience Required qualifications Strong bookkeeping or accounting background with familiarity in financial concepts Proficient in written and verbal communication, building trust with customers Experience in customer support or a similar role, demonstrating a passion for helping others succeed Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze customer inquiries thoroughly Availability for a minimum of 20 hours/week, including flexibility for evenings and weekends
