Guiding new healthcare practices through successful onboarding, the full-time Customer Onboarding & Implementation Specialist will lead clients in utilizing the OptiMantra platform, providing training and technical support in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead new customers through onboarding and setup for a smooth start on the OptiMantra platform Train customers on platform features, workflows, and best practices Provide technical support via phone, email, and video calls while troubleshooting issues Required qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience in customer support, onboarding, healthcare operations, or technology Experience with EMR/EHR or practice management platforms is a plus Background in customer support, IT/help desk, or a clinical/medical office environment is helpful Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset Comfortable with technology, including scheduling tools and database-driven systems
