Implementation Specialist

Owning the crucial phase of the customer journey, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will lead the onboarding of new customers, ensuring successful partnerships while managing communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead the timely and successful onboarding execution according to customer needs and objectives Manage day-to-day communication and collaboration with customers and internal teams during the strategy implementation process Partner with customers to understand their business issues and recommend appropriate recycling and savings plans Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 3+ years of experience in Operations, Account Management, or Sales Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize conflicting assignments Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all functions of the organization
