Finance Manager

As a key financial partner within the Product Finance organization, the full-time remote Finance Manager will provide financial leadership, strategic support, and operational analysis to drive growth and success, while translating complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leaders. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary finance partner for business unit leaders, offering strategic financial input on investments and business development initiatives Collaborate with sales, marketing, and GTM strategy teams to analyze pricing, packaging strategies, and revenue-driving initiatives Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting and forecasting, while preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related business function, with a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience supporting a Go-to-Market (GTM) or commercial organization Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with expertise in building scalable processes Strong proficiency with ERP systems and financial planning tools, such as Workday Financials or Adaptive Planning
