To support a growing finance team, the full-time remote Senior Accountant will manage the month-end close process, own balance sheet reconciliations, and oversee cost accounting while partnering closely with the Controller. Key responsibilities Execute month-end close tasks within a 5-business-day calendar, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records Track and allocate COGS across product lines, collaborating with department heads on budget variances Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in accounting 5 years of accounting experience with a focus on month-end close and balance sheet management Proficiency in NetSuite and familiarity with expense management platforms like Ramp Strong understanding of US GAAP, particularly in accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets Experience working independently in a remote environment with a proactive communication style
