Senior Program Manager

To support the optimization of the shopping experience in the physical retail space, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage cross-functional project teams, execute complex projects, and build partnerships with operations leaders to drive the deployment of Just Walk Out technology. Key responsibilities Develop and lead strategic projects across Amazon Business Units, coordinating with global stakeholders to meet project goals Communicate program status updates and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making Define and implement performance metrics to measure success across procurement operations and transportation logistics Required qualifications 5+ years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Proven ability to manage program strategy and end-to-end delivery Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field is preferred Experience designing and implementing workforce development programs in large-scale operations
