Instructional Designer

To support innovative learning experiences, the full-time Instructional Designer will manage course revisions, create and revise curriculum, and facilitate design meetings with faculty, primarily working on campus with a flexible work arrangement available. Key responsibilities Manage course revisions in collaboration with development teams, including faculty and subject matter experts Create and revise curriculum in accordance with sound instructional design principles Act as lead designer and project manager for the end-to-end analysis, design, and development process of individual projects Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of educational design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles Experience with educational assessment Ability to apply principles of Accessible Design (ADA) and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Project management skills
