Instructional Designer

To support the Learning Experience department, the full-time salaried Instructional Designer & Facilitator will design, develop, and facilitate engaging learning experiences remotely, collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex information into effective training solutions. Key responsibilities Design and develop various learning formats, including eLearning and workshops, while maintaining and updating content Deliver training programs and facilitate interactive sessions, adapting to different audiences and incorporating feedback for continuous improvement Manage learning projects from development to launch, evaluating effectiveness through feedback and engagement data Required qualifications Experience in instructional design, training, or content development with a strong understanding of adult learning principles Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and tools like Canva and PowerPoint for creating visual materials Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn new topics quickly through strong research and organizational skills Experience in health, wellness, or a regulated industry is a plus, along with a willingness to learn Comfortable working independently and collaborating cross-functionally
