Revenue Cycle Specialist

Responsible for processing, reviewing, and filing insurance claims, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist will work remotely to assist patients with billing inquiries and manage the collection of patient balances while ensuring timely resolution of claims payments. Key responsibilities: Perform various functions in processing insurance billing and collections, including Medicaid/Medicare claims Review, verify, and submit insurance claims while following up with insurance companies for timely payments Assist patients with billing questions and maintain supporting billing information for audits Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience in insurance accounts receivable and post-claim follow-up Preferred experience in physician claim billing Knowledge of medical terminology and the insurance industry Proficiency in using computer programs and applications
