To support a growing team, the remote Staff Accountant will manage month-end close processes, prepare journal entries, and perform detailed analysis of balance sheet accounts. Key responsibilities Perform month-end close functions for multiple entities, including journal entries and accruals analysis Reconcile balance sheet accounts and provide supporting documentation and analysis for variances Record cash transactions, reconcile bank accounts, and support financial and tax audits as needed Required qualifications 2-4 years of accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance preferred Experience with ERP systems; Workday experience is a plus Demonstrated understanding of GAAP and accounting principles Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
