Owning the end-to-end delivery of features, the full-time remote Salesforce Developer will gather requirements, design, implement, and support solutions across Salesforce and integrated systems while mentoring junior developers and setting technical standards. Key responsibilities Own features from requirements through production support, ensuring clean and maintainable code Architect solutions across Salesforce and connected systems, focusing on scalability and long-term maintainability Mentor junior developers and lead by example on best practices in Git/GitHub and development processes Required qualifications Several years of professional Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures and design patterns Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub, including branching strategy and code review Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems like Boomi or NetSuite Proven ability to turn ambiguous requirements into clear technical plans
