Senior Project Manager

Leading multiple complex initiatives remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage diverse project types across a national and global commercial real estate portfolio while serving as the primary client contact and trusted advisor. Key responsibilities Drive efficiency and consistency in project delivery by developing tailored strategies and standardized processes Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication Lead project teams and foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and professional development Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in real estate, project, or program management Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across different markets Experience with projects throughout the full real estate lifecycle, including planning, design, construction, and occupancy Strong contract management capabilities and advanced proficiency in project scheduling and budget management Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or engineering (advanced degrees preferred)
