To support systemwide initiatives, the full-time Operations Specialist will provide operational leadership and oversight within the assigned department, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while adhering to budget and quality standards in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee the development and implementation of initiatives that align with the company's strategic vision and culture Utilize standardized project management methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure project success Collaborate with executive-level sponsors and stakeholders to manage complex operational initiatives Required qualifications Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred, or ability to obtain within one year of hire Minimum two years of experience, preferably in a healthcare setting Experience in quality improvement and cost reduction projects preferred
