Senior Account Manager

To support the Managed Care team, the full-time remote Senior Account Manager will manage innovative client relationships with healthcare payers, oversee onboarding and operations, and utilize CRM tools to track client success metrics and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding, escalations, and ongoing operations for healthcare payer clients Monitor client success metrics and analyze feedback to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new client types into established processes and identify growth opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 5+ years of healthcare experience, including knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards Proven experience in client success or account management, including onboarding and long-term relationship management Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives Advanced understanding of health and wellness strategies and delivery
