A company is looking for a Trademark Docketing Specialist to provide high-quality legal assistance in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive docketing support for domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement matters
Manage deadlines and docket records for trademark matters across multiple jurisdictions
Collaborate with the team to develop and streamline workflow processes for efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a trademark docketing specialist role
Knowledge of USPTO and TTAB practice, including familiarity with the TMEP and TBMP
Demonstrated proficiency of WIPO procedures and worldwide trademark office requirements
Proven ability to manage large, complex international trademark portfolios
Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills
