To support the Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing organizations, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Analyst will manage the Revenue Operations request queue, oversee customer cancellation processes, and develop Salesforce reports and dashboards while ensuring operational efficiency across teams. Key Responsibilities Own the management of the Revenue Operations request queue, triaging and routing cases for resolution Serve as the primary operational partner for Customer Success, translating business requirements into scalable processes and reporting Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support various business functions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related analytical role Strong Salesforce experience with advanced knowledge of reports and dashboards Experience working with CRM data and translating business requirements into operational solutions Strong project and process management skills with a focus on data accuracy Ability to prioritize competing requests and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
