Owning the end-to-end customer success strategy for an assigned book of business, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will drive measurable outcomes, conduct deep-dive analyses, and lead client relationships independently while collaborating across teams to maximize client value and ROI. Key responsibilities Develop and execute customer success strategies, setting priorities and driving outcomes with minimal oversight Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for maximizing customer value and translate data into actionable strategies Lead client meetings and prepare for quarterly business reviews, ensuring strategic alignment with customer objectives Required qualifications At least 6 years of relevant experience in management consulting, customer success, or account management within health tech or value-based care Prior experience in healthcare is required, with expertise in at least one area of value-based care Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships and senior stakeholder interactions Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analyzing large data sets in Excel Experience using AI tools to enhance work efficiency and scalability
