Financial Planning Analyst

Supporting core FP&A activities, the full-time Financial Planning Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial insights in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Assist in planning and forecasting models, including long-term projections and annual budgets Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in partnership with the accounting team Build financial models for new business initiatives and track departmental budget versus actual spend Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics 1 to 3 years of experience in a financial analyst, FP&A, or related role Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel Experience with NetSuite and Oracle EPM Cloud or PBC forecasting tools preferred Experience in the pharmaceutical, CPG, or health and cosmetics industries preferred
