Technical Support Engineer

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Support Engineer will provide rapid, high-quality assistance to customers managing critical events, troubleshooting technical issues across a wide-ranging platform, and ensuring seamless execution of live sessions. Key responsibilities Manage real-time customer interactions through live chat and ticketing, maintaining high satisfaction targets Investigate and reproduce product issues, collaborating closely with Engineering to resolve complex technical challenges Document findings and contribute to support documentation and workflows to enhance team capabilities Required qualifications Hands-on experience in technical support, application support, implementation, QA, IT, or event technology Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and isolate root causes under time pressure Familiarity with configurable systems and a curiosity about how technology works Ability to manage multiple real-time interactions while maintaining accuracy and clarity in communication A technical education or background in computer science is advantageous but not mandatory
