Seeking two motivated Accounts Payable Specialists, the hybrid position will manage vendor invoices, support weekly payment runs, and maintain vendor records while collaborating across departments to ensure timely and accurate accounts payable processing in either a remote Pacific location or onsite in Denver or Littleton, Colorado. Key responsibilities Process vendor invoices with proper coding and documentation while supporting weekly payment runs Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations Follow established accounting policies and support internal controls to ensure compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2+ years of general accounting experience Understanding of U.S. GAAP Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
