Business Analyst

To support innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time remote Business Analyst will analyze and improve business processes, act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, and ensure client requirements are integrated into system design. Key responsibilities Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes to align with client technology goals Serve as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and communicate business requirements Create and analyze test scenarios to verify that client requirements are incorporated into system design Required qualifications Three or more years of experience in translating technical goals into actionable outcomes for clients Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including configuration and development Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software for quantitative analysis Strong analytical skills and experience in business process re-engineering Proven ability to communicate technical ideas to diverse audiences effectively
