Business Analyst

To support the successful migration of insurance data, the full-time Business Analyst will manage data accuracy and integrity while collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to transition data from legacy systems to the Applied EPIC platform. Key responsibilities Collaborate with vendors to extract data from multiple source systems and analyze legacy systems for data structures and business rules Translate legacy data into target system formats, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the conversion process Lead data conversion meetings, validate migrated data, and provide post-migration support to resolve any data-related issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in data migration or business analysis within the insurance industry Knowledge of insurance data domains, ACORD forms, and insurance data standards Strong analytical and documentation skills Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
