Technical Support Specialist

Providing first-line technical support for the Mogli SMS & WhatsApp application, the full-time remote Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot client issues, collaborate with the team, and leverage Salesforce knowledge to ensure client success. Key responsibilities Deliver first-line technical support via various communication channels, ensuring client satisfaction with Mogli products Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to process improvements in a remote environment Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce and develop internal knowledge resources to enhance support services Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a software support role with expertise in Salesforce as a power user or administrator Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively in a remote work setting Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and client requirements Fluency in foreign languages and/or experience in the nonprofit or international development sector is a plus
