Technical Support Specialist

Serving as a trusted advisor, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will resolve client support cases and troubleshoot technical issues related to a learning platform while working remotely. Key responsibilities Resolve client support cases via phone, chat, and email while acting as a subject matter expert on products and services Troubleshoot platform functionality, user access, reporting, and content delivery issues Communicate clearly with clients throughout the case lifecycle, providing updates and recommendations Required qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting SaaS applications Experience with LMS or HR technology business applications strongly preferred Familiarity with authentication technologies such as SSO and SAML Strong troubleshooting skills, including browser-based diagnostics Experience using ticketing and customer support platforms
