Leading a multi-quarter portfolio of data platform modernization programs, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage ingestion and table format migrations, drive cross-team execution, and communicate technical tradeoffs in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Lead modernization programs for data platforms, including ingestion, table format migrations, and workflow consolidation Drive cross-team execution on migrations, managing timelines, dependencies, and risks across service owners Build and maintain program dashboards to provide leadership with insights on progress, savings, and risks Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager leading complex technical programs, preferably in data platforms or infrastructure modernization Strong understanding of large-scale data platforms, including batch/streaming pipelines and workflow orchestrators Experience in building dashboards and using data insights to drive decisions and validate savings Familiarity with data platforms, streaming systems (Kafka, Flink), or open table formats (Iceberg) is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
