Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager opportunity focused on building and executing integrated campaigns that drive product adoption, customer engagement, and retention throughout the customer lifecycle. Key responsibilities Develop and execute integrated campaigns that enhance product adoption and customer engagement across various lifecycle touchpoints Map the customer journey to identify key moments for implementing triggered lifecycle programs that improve customer experience and business outcomes Own the strategy for scaled customer communications, ensuring a coordinated approach across multiple channels and platforms Required qualifications 7-10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or integrated campaigns, preferably within B2B SaaS Demonstrated success in building integrated campaigns with measurable outcomes related to product adoption and retention Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, and familiarity with customer data sources and segmentation strategies Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS customer journey and experience collaborating across Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for audience development and campaign performance measurement
