Healthcare Customer Service Representative

To support a high-velocity environment, the remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve client inquiries using web-based tools, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address their questions and concerns Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues while escalating interactions when necessary Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, providing feedback on call issues Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to type at least 25 words per minute Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
