Solutions Architect

Working remotely, the full-time Solutions Architect will engage with both new prospects and existing customers to articulate the value of services, design integration specifications, and ensure compliance within customer payment stacks. Key responsibilities Map and analyze customer payment flows to identify integration points for surcharge calculation and reporting Produce architecture diagrams and documentation while guiding customer technical teams in their creation Lead technical discussions with customer engineering teams to review architecture and integration designs Required qualifications 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing payments role, with at least 3 years owning enterprise payment integrations Fluency in the payment transaction lifecycle, including authorization, capture, and reconciliation Direct experience with payment gateways, acquirers, or payment orchestration platforms Ability to read API documentation and analyze transaction logs independently Proven experience in producing professional architecture and sequence diagrams
