Key responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for various positions Collaborate with hiring managers to establish selection criteria and requirements Utilize market intelligence and sourcing insights to create effective recruiting strategies Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Workday Experience in resume screening, candidate assessment, and offer development Proficiency in candidate relationship management and recruiting analytics Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools and talent mapping
