Talent Acquisition Specialist

To enhance the recruitment process for designated affiliates, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including interviewing, hiring, and coordinating recruitment events while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Key responsibilities Perform full-cycle recruitment, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews with hiring managers Proactively source candidates through various methods and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience Preferred experience in healthcare talent acquisition Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of HRIS/Recruitment databases and candidate management systems RACR Certification preferred
