Senior AI Engineer

Driving the end-to-end system design and product integration for intelligent agents, the full-time remote Senior AI Engineer will develop and integrate foundational models into functional software while ensuring responsible AI practices and optimizing performance across enterprise platforms. Key responsibilities Design and implement core systems for intelligent agents, ensuring seamless integration with existing products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate advanced AI capabilities into scalable business solutions Establish governance and guardrails for data privacy and explainability in AI applications Required qualifications 8+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in backend architecture and distributed systems 2+ years of hands-on experience integrating large models and AI APIs into enterprise products 1+ years of experience designing AI orchestration architectures, including multi-agent frameworks 4+ years of experience optimizing application performance, particularly in relation to LLM constraints Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred)
