Forward Deployed Engineer

Partnering with business teams to enhance workflows, the full-time hybrid Forward Deployed Engineer will manage AI transformation initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance, ensuring responsible implementation and measurable business impact. Key responsibilities Build trusted relationships with business leaders to understand their goals and processes Map workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation integration Shape and deliver AI transformation initiatives from discovery through to adoption and measurement Required qualifications Significant experience in business transformation, AI implementation, or enterprise technology delivery Proven track record of leading initiatives from discovery to measurable outcomes Ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements and solution plans Experience collaborating with technical and business teams, including data and IT Familiarity with AI, automation, and enterprise platforms, along with strong change-management skills
