Key Responsibilities Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care Work full-time, providing care with various shift options available Required Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of residence At least 1 year of experience in an independent, outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications Ability to practice independently without physician supervision (specific states only) Strong patient-centered practice and ability to work autonomously Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup
