Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time remote role will independently lead legal negotiations for Enterprise deals, focusing on subscription, data processing, partner, and vendor agreements while streamlining the contracting process. Key responsibilities Lead legal negotiations with customers and provide guidance on various transactions Support West Coast Area Directors and their teams in contract-related matters Shape initiatives to enhance and streamline the contracting process as the company scales Required qualifications 8+ years of in-house transactional experience with direct customer interaction 5+ years of experience negotiating SaaS agreements with enterprise customers Understanding of the full contract lifecycle from NDA to signature process Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence Proficiency in editing and managing contracts using Microsoft Office and Google Product Suites
