GTM Engineer

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the GTM Engineer will serve as a vital link between go-to-market teams and product teams, translating customer requirements into technical capabilities while developing agent skills to address customer needs effectively. Key responsibilities Act as the conduit for customer needs and product capabilities, ensuring clear communication in both directions Develop agent skills and reference patterns to cover eighty percent of customer requirements out of the box Translate business requirements into technical solutions and validate them against real customer scenarios Required qualifications 5+ years of experience building on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Flow, and Lightning Web Components Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer buying behaviors and requirements Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage programs independently Comfortable navigating both business and technical discussions with credibility Experience with AI coding agents and a focus on reusable solutions for customer requests
