A company is looking for a Lost Time Claims Specialist, Workers' Compensation. Key Responsibilities Manage indemnity claims by evaluating and establishing action plans for medical and indemnity benefits Conduct investigations and gather facts to determine claim outcomes based on established policies and guidelines Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate the injured worker's return to work and manage claims costs Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred Three years of experience in the field of workers' compensation insurance is required One valid workers' compensation adjuster license is strongly preferred Experience in workers' compensation claims practices, laws, and court procedures Must be eligible to obtain additional licenses as required and pass the claims adjuster license exam(s) within 90 days of being hired
