As a full-time remote Quoting Specialist, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full quote cycle, ensuring timely and accurate quoting activities in support of TLS programs. Key responsibilities: Manage the complete quote cycle, including submitting requests, entering responses, and processing award notifications Communicate with vendors to track the status of pending quotes and meet time-sensitive deadlines Maintain accurate vendor records and respond promptly to agency officials for pricing assistance Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent 1 year of experience in a fast-paced administrative setting, preferably in procurement or quoting Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines Strong attention to detail, with the capacity to identify inconsistencies in orders
