Job Details

As a Bilingual Security Officer in Puerto Rico, you will provide security to a variety of industries, such as factories, retail stores, shopping malls, pharmaceutical companies, corporate campuses, and more than 400 Fortune 500 companies.

Hourly Rate: $12.53

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Rotating availability on weekly schedules and itineraries
• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English. *English language proficiency will be required in bilingual positions.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal backgrounds consistently with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to drug testing as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be necessary prior to employment. *A valid driver's license from the Puerto Rico jurisdiction will be required
• Possess customer service skills
• Possess a valid driver's license from Puerto Rico
• Be available for credentialing processes and trainings

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by performing security and protection procedures, specific site policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with calm and problem-solving
• Perform regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary depending on the client site.
• Receive and channel processes in the employee and/or visitor reception area in accordance with establishment norms and assigned post orders.
