Hourly Pay: $11.50
Requirements
Allied Universal requires the following:
- At least 21 years of age for unarmed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Rotating availability on weekly schedules and itineraries
- Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English. *English language proficiency required for bilingual positions.
- Subject to a background check in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal backgrounds consistently with applicable laws.
- Subject to drug screening as permitted by law.
- Valid driver's license from the jurisdiction of Puerto Rico required
- Customer service skills
- Current valid driver's license from Puerto Rico
- Availability for credentialing processes and training
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to our clients by performing security and protection procedures, specific site policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations with calm and problem-solving
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.
- Receive and channel processes in the employee and/or visitor reception area in accordance with the establishment's norms and assigned post orders.
